Don't Let Your Dreams be Dreams

My favorite lunch … (Hot Veggie)

• 1/2 zucchini /  courgette
• 2 carrot 
• 1/2 red onion 
• 1/4 wild leek
• 2 tomato  
• hand of spinach leafs 
• unsalted, unsweetened tomato juice
• 1 tsp oregano 

Cut carrots and courgette, add them on a preheated pan without oil. Than add another veggie. I usually add leek, spinach at the end, they taste better. At the end I put tomato juice just make it hot. U can eat with or without cus-cus. 

So delicious
